Pakistan has ordered 24 new Block 50/52 F-16C/Ds (with option for as much as 55 aircraft not ordered yet). as far as financing goes for these, I'm not completely sure but pakistan was due payment for previously ordered F16 not delived to Pakistan, some of that payment was adjusted in wheat imports but a bulk was stuck, that money will be adjusted in paying for the newly ordered F-16s.
