					<description>I didn't particularly like CH's style before 911, but at least he was on the side of the angels. The turnabout after 911, and then worst from my perspective, the insufferably patronizing put-down of Edward Said in the Atlantic Monthly while the guy was on his deathbed soured me on him forever. He still has a (rapidly diminishing) way with words, but his rantings and ravings in Slate really make me wonder how people can change, and for the worse, so fast.  </description>
